Despite temptation I didn’t look at the Facebook page whilst you were working on it. I figured you were being creative and I didn’t want to see the work in progress – I wanted to be surprised by the completed ‘artwork’. I did have my first look at the Facebook page this morning and what a good surprise it was. I am very pleased with what you have been able to do with the Australiana Online Facebook page, it does look more professional now and I will gladly use it as a marketing tool.  I didn’t want to just give you a quick thank you when your work deserves much more than that!

I write on behalf of the Coffs Harbour Junior Rugby Union executive to offer our thanks  for your assistance with our recent bulk mail out. We quickly realised that we, as a committee, lacked the skill and time to pull the project together in the short window available to us. Your company was suggested to us as one that could handle that task, quickly and efficiently. How lucky we were to have found you! Our mail out has gone to almost 500 homes and all we had to do was email you the letter. As I’m sure you would appreciate, we as volunteers have limited time to commit to running the club. As that time is precious, having a company like yours to assist in our “off-field” activities, frees us to focus on the important “on-field” stuff. We appreciate both your professionalism and support in getting the job done.

Hungry & Lazy Pty Ltd contracted Jodie to manage our Customer Service operations while I travelled overseas in December.  From day one Jodie impressed me with her professionalism and enthusiasm for the job at hand.  She picked up our computer systems very quickly and I felt totally confident in leaving her to “run the show” in my absence.  She did a fantastic job! Jodie showed great initiative and problem solving skills when situations arose.  With her sparkling personality she developed a good rapport with my restaurant clients and as well as hungry customers (which isn’t always easy).  Nothing was too much trouble.  I look forward to having Jodie as part of the Hungry & Lazy Team on an ongoing basis.  My only hesitation in recommending Jodie to others is that someone else will snap her up and I will be lost!  Thanks so much for your great work Jodie.
